Are upload and download speeds the same?
The plans shown have different download and upload speeds. Tell us if you need equal speeds or higher upload capacity.
Can I request a static public IP address?
Static public IP addresses are available on request. Include the number you need so we can price them in your quote.
Can Wifi Bear work with a backup internet connection?
We can assess using Wifi Bear as your primary or backup connection alongside another provider. Automatic switching needs a compatible router and a second active service. Equipment, setup, and both internet services are priced separately.
