When you check an address, request an assessment, or describe a project, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the property address or location, and any notes. Server logs record request metadata without form contents.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is submitted by a person and processes browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy terms. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

To review availability at your address, reply to your request, plan and install service, and support you as a customer. We do not sell personal information.

Requests are stored with Google Cloud in the United States and are accessible only to Wifi Bear staff. We keep a request for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, account records follow your service agreement.
