Assessment and project scope
The Property Network Assessment is free for properties with ten or more units: a walkthrough with you and a short written findings note within a week.
For smaller properties and other project work, we confirm the assessment scope and price before booking.
Equipment and installation are quoted separately. Site fit, access, and the work required determine the project plan.
Wifi Bear internet service requires a separate address check.
